Gill Building is part of the local community and recognises it’s place in that community and actively engages with all stakeholders.

The Company also recognises its roll in the industry and supports training through work experience schemes, school demonstrations and the training of apprentices.

The company actively participates in the running of the Norwich Building Safety Group, promoting safer working and reducing accidents to operatives across the local Industry.

The Company is aware that its activities have a high degree of environmental impact and seeks to reduce that impact wherever possible.  The company monitors waste on site and looks for innovative ways to reduce it.  All waste removed from site goes througha recycling process before final disposal.
