All Site managers receive extensive Supervisors training in all aspects of Site management, with particular attention to safe working practices. Operatives, similarly receive Safety training in addition to full craft skills.

The Company continues to take on apprentices, as we have always done, to ensure the supply of skilled craftsmen for the future. Many of these will go on to be the site managers of the future with new skills added to their deep knowledge of the industry.
