| The new industry ethos of Partnering
has come naturally to T.Gill & Son. Our client focus and flexibility
enable us to become part of the construction team, able to provide open
book costing and value engineering. Early involvement of the constructor
can greatly reduce the time and cost from concept design to site start-up,
and enables the constructor’s experience to be brought into the design
process. Our early involvement will help to eradicate bottle-necks, bring
in faster techniques, and enable early ordering of materials and specialists
with long lead-in times. On repeat or multiple projects the experience
gained and lessons learned bring real benefits on subsequent works for
the client and the whole construction team. The Company is currently part of the Norfolk County Council Framework agreement and partnering with Great Yarmouth Borough Council on the 'SHARP' Initiative. We are keen to share our experience gained to help other clients. |
