The work is frequently in existing premises and the Gill Building team of experienced men are used to working in environments where life must go on whilst building is under way. We liaise with clients to keep noise, mess and disturbance to a minimum, working out of hours where necessary. Work to old or listed buildings require extra skills and sympathy with old materials and techniques. Our skilled craftsmen understand and respect older buildings and can blend new to old as seamlessly as possible.

The project required the adaptation of the existing bungalow to provide disabled facilities throughout. Disabled bathroom fittings were installed and the garage transformed into a games room. Extensive runways and ramps were laid out around the exterior.
