        In addition to the larger projects, T Gill & Son carries out minor works and small projects. The work is nearly always in existing premises and the company’s team of experienced men are used to working in environments where life must go on whilst “We’ve got the builders in”. We will always liase with clients to keep noise, disruption and disturbance to a minimum, working out-of-hours where necessary.

Work to old or “listed” buildings requires extra skills and sympathy with old materials and techniques. Our skilled craftsmen’s expertise will be at your disposal.

We’ve built every type of building, from a stately home to a night shelter, maternity hospital to a funeral parlour, a racetrack to a rehabilitation centre, a 150ft tower to a multi-basement, a church to a military installation, a cathedral roof to a casino, a water tower to an electricity substation.
